Plantivores’ Vegan Thanksgiving Menu 2017
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays and since adopting a plant-based diet 6 years ago that hasn’t changed. Ditch the turkey, remove the dairy and voila, vegan Thanksgiving!
Every year I spend many hours looking for new recipes to make for Thanksgiving. This year not only am I a bit short on time, but I’ve found some really clutch recipes the past few years that I want to make again. What’s nice about this menu is that it features many various flavors and foods of the season — cranberries, pumpkin, squash, sweet potatoes, and green beans. It is also gluten-free.
This might be a lot of food, but, Thanksgiving. And leftovers. 🙂

- If you’ve never tried persimmons, this is the bomb! The raw cranberries were pretty strong so you could lightly steam them to tone them down a bit
